(b) That it will promptly pay all gas, electric
light and water rates or charges which may become payable
durinq the continuance of this lease,for gas, electric light
and water used on the said premises.b~ the Lessee.. .
(c) That it will keep all and singular the said
buildings and premises, excluding the roof repairs which
shall be the responsibility of the Lessors, but including
the plumbing and electric wiring, in such repair as the same J
are at the com~aencement of the said tena, reasonable wear and
tear only excepted, and wil2 promptly replace all glass which
may be broken or damaged by other of the same size and quality.
(d) That it vlill not injure, overload or deface or
suffer to be injured, overloaded or defaced, the premises or
any part thereof.
(e) That it will save harmless and indemnify the
Lessors from and against all loss, liability, or expense that
may be incurred by reason of any misadventure arising from or
in any way growing out of the use, misuse or abuse of the said
buildings and premises~ not covered by the fire and extended
I coverage insurance of Lessors.
(f) That it will abtain and carry public liability
insurance in an amount sufficient to indemnify and save harm-
less th~ Lessors from and against all loss, liability or expense
that ~nay be incurred by reason of any injury, accidental or other-
wise, to any persons coming upon or using said buildings and pre-
mises during the term of this Lease.
(g) That it will not make or suffer any unlawful, im-

proper or offensive use of the occupancy thereof, contrary to `
any law of the State of Florida, now and hereafter made, or
