(h) Tha~ it will not make ar~y alterations or addi- tions in or to the premises without the written consent of the Lessors, nor suffer any holes to be n.ade or drilled in the buildings on said premises. (i) That at the expiration of the said tena the ~ Lessee will peaceably yield up to the Lessors or to those having their estate therein, the premises and all erections and additions made upon the same, in good repair in. all res- pects, reasonable use and wear excepted, as the same now are or may be put in by the Lessors. (j) That it will not assign, underlet, or part with the possession of the whole or any part of the demised premises without fir~t obtaining the written consent of the Lessors. (k) That the Lessors shall pay all taxes and insurance ` premiums on said premises, ~cept for public liability insur- ~ ~ ance, which may be due or which shall become due during the ~ i ~ term of tl~is lease or any extension thereof. ; '(1) The Lessee shall pay for the repair of all damage - done to the property, builaings or premises resulting from any act or omission on the part of the Lessee that is necessary to restore said property to its original condition at the beginning ~ of the term of this Lease, not covered by the fire and extended - ~ i ~ cc~verage insurance policy of Lessors. i ~ ~ (m) That no assent, express or implied, by the Lessors to any breach of any of the 7~essee's covenants, shall be deemed tol~e a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same covenant. ~ -4- uw o~~csa WILLBS.
