the term hereby granted, any mechanic's liens or other liens
for work, labor, aervices, or materials to attach to the dtvnised
premises, or to any building or improvement constructed there-
on, and if ariy such lien shall so attach, the Lessee shall,
within thirty (30) days, either pay the same or procure the
discharge thereof by giving security or in such otber manner
as may be prescribed by law. In a default thereof, t11e Lessors
may, at their option, cause the said lien to be paid or dis-
charged arid the amount thereof, with interest, shall become

immediately due and payable by the Lessee to the Lessors as
additional rent, and in default of payment thereof by the _
~I,essee, the Lessors shall hare all and singular the same rights
and remedies as in case of a default in payment of the rent re-
served herein. The "mechanic's liens or other liens" mentioned
, in this subparagraph have no bearing on any liens for improve-
ments made by any public body in the right-of-way adjoining
the demised premises, for which liens are imposed by ~he public
body against the property owned by Lessors.
( (o) That the Lessee shall indemnify and save hanaless
the Lessors from any and all liability, damage, expense, cost
of acti~n, suits, claims or judgments for i.njury to person or
property~of any and every nature arising out of the use, occu-
pancy, management or control of the same by the Lessee resulting
from the omission or any act of negligence on the part of the '
Lessee, or use of any busi.ness carried on upon the demised pre- ;
mises. The Lessee shall at its own e ense, def2nd any azd all ~
