the Lessee carries such curing through continuously, with
promptness and dispatch, to completion.
5. The Lessee agrees to pay for all licenses and ex-
penses in connection with the conduct of ita business.
6. Lessors have constructed an eight {8) foot high
cyclone fence on three sides of the demised premises whiclz
shall be mai.ntained by Lessee during the term of this Lease ~
or any renewal thereof. -
7. The covenants, conditions and aqreements contained
herein shall bind and benefit the parties hereto, their heirs, _
