Together w+th ali buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereaher-eretted there-
on or placed therein, including all appa~atus, equipment, fixtures ar articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereaRer therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary o: appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
toverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of whicn are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said reai estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also rc~get{ier with
all easements and the rents, issues and profits of said pr~mises which afe hereby pledged, assignea, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whethe: now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agreement secu~ed hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the righis of all mort-
gagees, lienholders and owne~s paid ~ff by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured. .
