Merwin property, and the point of beginning of the lands herein described:
From said point of beginning run South 64 degrees 00 minutes West along the North
line of the said W. H. Merwin property 185. 8 feet; thence continuing along the North
line of the W. H. Merwin property as in Deed Book 68, page 146, St. Lucie County,
Florida public records, run South 65 degrees 40 minutes West 324 feet to the Norrhwest
corner af s~id W. H. Merwin Iands, and the East right of way line of the Florida East
Coast Railway Company; thence along the said Eas~ right of way line 378. 8 feet to the
North line of the Arnold Dummond Merwin property, as in Deed Book 103, page 121,
