A late payment charge of ~ 3~~ , shall be added to each payment remaining unpaid Z days after its

Each installment first shall be applied in the payment of the interest and then on the unpaid balance
of the principal sum. If default is made in ihe payment of any installment when due, then at the option of
the halder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shal) not extend
the time of maturity ef any subsequent insta[Iment. Nleither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemeci extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and several{y, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either b~fore
or after maturiry, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attor-
rsey's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof.
