CONSSNT TO D$MOLITION
AND LInN
I, RUPERT JASEN SMITH, as Trustee, the owner of Lot 5,
Block 1, of CQL. H. D. GOFORTH'S SUBDIV:ISION as recorded
in Plat Book 9, at page '75 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, do hereby consent to St. Lucie County de-
molishinv the structure nc:~ located on said land and agree
that said County shall have a lien against said land for
the cost of such demolition as provided in Chapter 65-2180,
Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1965.
