under the laws of the State of Florida, as Party of the First Part,
and ST. LUCIE CO[~1TY, FLORIDA, as Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
of the s~:m of One Dollar ($1.00) and otl:er valuable considerations
paid, receipt o€ which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant
unto the Party of the Second Part, its successors and assigns, a
perpetual license, easement and right of way for the construction,
maintenance and operation of County Road known as McNEIL ROAD in
and to the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
