- WHBREAS the Bankrupt did, prior to October 30, 1963,
file a voluntary petition seeking relief under Chapter R under
the Acts of Congress Relating to Bankruptcy, and said Bankrupt
was subsequently ad3udicated such on October 30, 1963, by the
Honorable Charles B. F~lton, and
WHEREAS the underaigned Trustee was appointed as Trus~ee
of the banknipt estate on December 18, 1963 and qualified on
December 20,-1963, and as such Trustee was in charge of the estate ,
and the effects of the said Benkrupt, and ~
. WHEREAS the undersigned, pursuant to the respec~ive
Orders of this Court and pursuant to public advertisement and
pursuant to various and sundry hearings, nofiice of which was given
to all creditors and all interested parties, and
WHEREAS this Court did on August 1, 1967, authoriZe tr~e
undersigned Trustee to accept sealed bids, and which the said
undersigned Truste~ did so accept sealed bids and did present the
same to the Referee unopened and in accordance with said Order of
August 1, 1967, the Honorable James E. Yacos, Referee fn Bankruptcy,
did open said sealed bids in open Court at 2:00 p.m. on Augvst 15,
1967, and as a result of the proceedings the Referee in Bankruptcy
did, on August 16, 1967, enter an Or~er au~hc~rizing the Trustee
to accept the sealed bid of Doris Ann Nolen, as Trustee for poris
Christine Nolen, a minor, in the amount of $14,500.00, and as a
result of said Order, the Trustee did enter into a sale with the
said Doris Ann No2en, as 1Yustee for poris Christine Nolen, for
the sum of $14,500.00, to transfer to the said Doris Ann Nolen,
as Trustee for poris Christine Nolen, all of the Trustee's right,
title and interest in and to the hereinafter described property,
