Together w;th all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or plac~d therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixiures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally cont~olled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thir~g now or hereafter therein or thereon, the f~rn~shing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heat~rs (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physicaNy attached thereto or not); and also together with ~
