WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ZOth day of November,
A. D. 19b7, by ANNA REFSE, a widow, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to CATI~RINS R. GARLISLB, whose mailing address
- is: 818 South LaGrange Road, LaGrange, Illinois 60525,

receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
