THIS INDENTURE, executed the 13thday~ of November , 196?, bet~veen
JAMES J. BRADY, as Executor of the Estate of JOHN J. BRADY, deceased,
late of St. Lucie County, Florida, party of the first pa~ t, and WILLIAM
B. GRAY, a single adult, whose mailing address is 103 North 39th Street
Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second part:
WI-IEREAS, fihe party of the first part ~vas duly constituted and
appointed Executor of the Estate of JOHN J. BRADY, decea:.ed by Letters
Testanentary, granted on May 18, 1967, by the Honorable J.-M. Sample,
County Judge, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and, ~vhereas, it
is necessary and expedient and for the best interest of the Estate
,
th~t certain real estate in St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter
described be sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum
of ELEVEN THOUSAND ($11,000.00) DOLLARS, in hand paid, said party of
the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms unto said Party of the second part, and
to his heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain land in
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 7 and 8, excepting the Soui:h ?5 feet thereof,
of Block 3, of WILBUWE, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 6, at page 24 of the public records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER will all and siagular th~ tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the second
part, and to his heirs, successors and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND THE party of the first part doth hereby covenant to and with
the said party of the second part,•his heirs, successors and assigns,
that in all things prelimin~ry to and in and about saici sale, and this
conveyance the orders of said Court and the l.•ws of Florida shall be
frllowed and complied with in a11 respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of tne first part has hereunto
