{ JOSEPHINE NOHR on March 26 1929 and remained married to

1965 in St. Lucie County~ Florida. Certified copy of death certificate
of JOSEPHINE NOHR recorded in the Official Record Book 155, at Page 537
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. The only property or other inierest owned by
said JOSEPNINE NOHR, which would be within her "gross estate" for estate .
tax purposes ~ as defined by the internal Revenue Code of the United States,
was her undivided interest of the above premises; the value of her
estate was less than ;60,000.00 and her estate was not subject to estate
taxation by the United States of America or the State of Florida.
