THIS AGREEMENT, made this 19th day of July, A. D. ~
1967, by and between PAUL D. JURKOWSKI and DOROTHY G.
JURKOWSKI, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "PARTIES
OF ~HE FIRST PART" and LEON H. PETERSON and SHIRLEY R. !
PETERSON, his wife, whose mailing address is 3404 Abbott
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, "PARTIES OF TFIE SECOND PART",
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the said PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART shall ,

first make the payments and perform the covenants herein- ~
after mentioned on their part to be made and performed,
PARTIES OF THE FIRST PART hereby covenant and agree to
convey and assure to said PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART, th~ir
heirs, executors, ar~ministrators or assigns, in fee sim-
ple, free of all encumbrances, by a good and sufficient
, deed, the following parcel of land situate in St. Lucie
County Florida, known and described as follows: ~
Lot 3, Block 6, of FT. PIERCE HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION, ~
