~ This Agreen~ent, made this ~ day of November, 1967,
between KSLLY GONSTRUCTIOI~I COMPANY, a Florida Corporation, Party
of the First Part, and GLEN W. POWSR and BEATRICS C. POWSR, his
wife, 2509 Chesterfield Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, Parties of
the Second Part;
WITNESSETH: That if the said Parties of the Second Part
shall make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their part to be made and performed, Party of the
First Part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure the
said Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, executors, adminis-

trators or assigns, in fee simple, free of all encumbrances whatever,
exc~t as hereinafter set out, by a good and sufficient Warranty Deed,
' the following described parcel of land in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block 2, Second Addition, ORANGE
BLOSSOM ESTATES, as per plat thereof on .
` file in Plat Book 14, Page 2, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
subject to all reservations, restrictions,
protective covenants and easements of
record.
The Parties of the Second Part hereby covenant and agree to
pay Party of the First Part ti~e sum of Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($19,600.00) in the following manne=:
(a) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) upon the execution
of this Agreement, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
(b) One Hundred Forty Dollars ($140.00) per month, begin-
ning the fifteenth day of January, 1968, through the fifteenth day
o€ December, 1968, with each payment first being applied to interest
