applied to principal. It being agreed that a penalty of five per-
cent (596) will be charged on payments made more than five (5) days
after the due date thereof.
(c) An additional One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) on
December 15, 1968, at which time ~arty of the First Part agrees to
- convey the above described land to the Parties of the Secor~d Part
by a good and sufficient Warranty Deed subject only to the then
existing balance of the First Federal Savings & Loan Associati on
of Ft. Pierce mortgage, now encumbering said property, with Parties
of the Second Part simultaneously giving to Paricy of the First Part .
their promissory note and second mortgage-on said property in an
amount equal to Ninete~n Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($19,600.00)
less all sums of money paid by Part.ies of the Second Part to Party
~ of the First Part hereunders Pxclusive of intesest through that date
and also less the then existing balance of the said First Federal
~ Savings & Loan Association of Ft. Pierce mortgage. Said second

mortgage and promissory note shall bear inzerest at the rats of
6.7596 per annum and monthly payments to Kelly Construction Gompany
in the amount of $ 29.00 shall be paid on the said second
mortgage each month beginning with the fifteenth day of January,
1969, and each month thereafter until the whole of the second
mortgage shall be paid.
It is further covenanted and agreed as follows:
1. That there is an existing first mortgage to First
Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Florida, with
a balance in the approximate amount of Fifteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($15,700.00) and the same is recorded in the St.
