Together with all buildings, improveme~ts, fixtures or appurtenances now ar hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air oorxJitioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
= other senrices, and any other thing raw or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, irxluding screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of which are intended to be and are he~eby
declared to be a part af said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also to~ether with
all easements ~nd the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are he~eby pledged, assigne~, trons- _
ferred and sQi over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
