TNIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 8th day of November
1967 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is nereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re- t
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 29 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there~o
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee sitaple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title tQ
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
l.~ Subject to existing easements, if any and to sasements shown on the sub- ~
division plat. ~
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 244 ~

3. Subject to taxes for the year 1966 and subsequent years. ~
