QUIT - CLAIM DEED

THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this 6th day of
November, A. D. 1967, by St~ZANNE LaMONTHE, a single adult~
and ROBERT DOUGLAS and MARY DOUGLAS, his wife, first party,
to BESSIE F. LUEDEMAN, whose mailing ad~ress is: 2517 Acorn

records of St. I,ucie County, Florida.
TO HI~VE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and

appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party,
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit,
and behoof of the said second party forever.
