6. It is understood and agreed that this mortgage is given to secure, in additian
to the note or obligation above described any additional loans or future advances made
within twenty years from date hereof by the mortgagee to said m~rtgagors or anq
successor in title of said mortgagors of the property hereby canveyed; provided that ;
