In consideration of the conveyance of said right of way, the
party of the second part agrees to do the following at no cost
to the parties of the first partY
1. Set cabbage trees approximately 100' apart down the entire
length of property on McNeil Road.
2. Set cabbage trees as soon as property is conveyed to County.
3. Set barrier at intersection of Okeechobee Road to prevent .
cars from cutting across property corner.
4. Cutof€ shed square with building and enclose end and back
~ of shed.
5. Install one (1) overhead garage door on shed.

THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, ih successors, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns, a rightof-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and the said partiesof ihe first part
do hereby fully warront the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of alf persons
whomsoever. i
