ASSIGNIr1ENT OF MORTGAGE
This Assignment made and entered into this ~ day of
1967, by and between WAI.LACE W. FLETCHER as the
duly constituted and appointed Executor of the Estate of John
W. Myers, deceased, late of the County of Martin, State of
Florida, assignor, and WILLIAM BESSEM~R and EULA K. BESSEMER,
his wife, of said County, assignees; ~
WITNESSETH: That by written mortgage deed dated July 20,
1962, Marino L. Sonzogni and Margaret R. Sonzogni, his wife,
mortgaged to said John W. Myers and Clara P. Myers, his wife,
certain lands and improvements situate in St. Lucie County
and more particularly described in said mortgage which said
mortgage was recorded in Official Records Book 41, Page 676,
etc. public records of St. Lucie County, Flarida and w~s given

to secure payment of the promissory note of said mortgagots'in
the principal sum of t12,000.00 with interest; that said Clara
P. Myers died a resident of Martin County, Florida on or about
a the llth day of November, 1962, leaving her said husband, John
W. Myers her surviving; that said John W. Myers at the time of
~ his death on February 15, 1966 was the sole owner and holder of
said note and mortgage and that there is now unpaid thereon the
f principal balance of 53,508.77 with interest thereon at 6% per

~ annum from October 28, 1967; and that on November 21, 1967
~ upon the petition of the assignor herein, the Honorable Mallory
~
s L. Johnson, County Judge in and for the County of Martin, granted
to assignor authority to sell and assign the said note and mort-
gage for the sum of 53,333.33 of principal plus interest accrued
to date of sa~e and to execute and deliver to the assignees all
instruments:necessary to complete such sale and transfer;
~ NOW TNEREFORE, In consideration of the foregoing and in
further consideration of the sum of 53,333.33 purchase money
plus interest accrued to date paid at and before the signing and
delivery of this Assignment, the assig~or herein as the holder of
the said mortgage hereby assigns that mortgage and the no~e and
