GEORGE RASNI$, d/b/a RASNIE & SON, Buldozinq and
Land Clearinq, 4300 South 4th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
pursuant to a contract with HENRY BLARELY, did perform =1an3
clearinq services to the followinq described real property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida:
All that part of the North one-quarter of Section 4,
Township 35 South, Range 9Q East, which lies West of
a line which is parallel with and 2640 feet distant
West of the East Line of said section, and lies East
of a line which is parallel with and 2640 feet distant Sast
of the West line of said section. EXCEPTING THBREFROM,
the North 300 feet thereof and riqht of way for North 17th
Street, as now laid out. • -
~ The last item of said services being furnished to
the owner of the above said land, HENRY BLAKELY, by the under-
signed, on 9-~ ` 7 ,1967, and that the contract
price and reasonable value of the services performed on said land
for its owner, I~NRY BLAKELY, is in the amo~.nt af $600.00, which
_amount remains unpaid and due and owing, and for which sum the
undersigned hereby clai.ms a mechanic's lien as is provided by

Chapter 84, Florida Statutes.
