Goodner and Margaret Goodner, hi.s wife,-as Purchasers, aad covering lands ..ituate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as: From a monument 25 feet North of and 25 feet East of the SW corryer of the SE'~ of SFi; of the I3W',~ of the SW'~ of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run East 247.28 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue East 60 feet to a monument; thence run North . 98.4 feet; tnence West 61.2 feet; thence run South 98.3 feet to the point of beginning.
