THIS ASSIC~iMF.NT OF AGRF.EMh'NT FOR DEED made and eritered
into this ~o day of November, 1967, by and betweea EDMUND M. RADKE
and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife, hereinafter called first parties and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BAMC, a Florida banking corporation, hereinafter
called second party,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That said first parties, for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN DOLLARS and other g~od and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid at or before the execvtion hereof, by second
party, do hereby grant, bargain, se1Z, assign, transfer and set
over unto second party, its legal successors and assigns all right,
title, intere st, claim and demand had or claimed by first parties
in ai:3 to that certain Agreement for Deed dated December 29, 1961
and filed for record in Official Records Book Page ~ 8/
' of the Pcblic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, between
Edmund M. Radke and Doris M. Radke, his wife, as Sellers, and
Dwight L. Goodner and Margaret Goodner, hi.s wife,-as Purchasers,
aad covering lands ..ituate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as:
From a monument 25 feet North of and 25
feet East of the SW corryer of the SE'~ of SFi;
of the I3W',~ of the SW'~ of Section 9, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, run East 247.28 feet
for a point of beginning; thence continue
East 60 feet to a monument; thence run North .
98.4 feet; tnence West 61.2 feet; thence run
South 98.3 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all improvements thereon.
1~OGETHER with all sums now due or becoming due hereafter
