GREY JONES AND KATHERINE E. JONES, his wife, ~
party of the second part, hereinafter called "the Mortqaqee", ~
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT for divers good_an1d valuable considerations, and also in

consideration of the aqqregate sum named in the promissory note of
even date herewith, hereinafter described, the said Mortgaqor does ~
qrant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, releas~, convey and confirm
unto the Mortgagee, their heirs, leqal representatives and assigns,

in fee simple, all that certain tract of land of which the saia Mort-
gagor is now seized and possessed, situate in St. Lucie County, Flori-
~ da, and more particularly described as follows:
The South 40 acres of the East Half of

North 9.28 acres thereof. -
TO HAVE AND ~'O HOLD the same together with the tenements,
~ hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said Mortgagee, their legal ~
representatives and assiqns, in fee simple.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE. '
AND said Mortgagor for itself and its successors and assigns,
covenants with said Mortgagee, their heirs, legal representatives and
assiqns, that said Mortqagor is indefeasibly seized of said land in ~
fee simple; that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful riqht to
convey said land in fee simple, as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful ~
for the Mortgagee, their heirs, legal representatives and assigns at i

all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy
said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances; that said ;
Mortqagor, its successors and assigns, will make such further assurances
