To perform, camply_with and-abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions a~nd covenants in said promis- sory note, and in this deed, set forth. 6. If any of said sums of money herein referred to be not promptly and fully paid within thirty (30) days next after the same severally become due and payable, or if each and every the stipula- tions, agreements, conditions and covenants of said promissory note and this deed, or either, are-not fully pErformed, com~s~ied with ~ and abided.by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in said promissory note shall become due and payable forthwith or thereafter at the option of the Mortgagee, their heirs, legal representatives or as- signs, as fully and completely as if the said aggregate sum mention- ed in the promissory note se~ured hereby were originally stipulated to be paid on such date, anything in said promissory note or herei.n to the contrary notwithstandinq. , - ~ ~ 7. The Niortgagee has accepted this mortgage, and the note it secures, with the understanding that the Mortgagor will never be ~ l personally liable for the payment of any sums whatsoever by reason of the making of the said note and the within mortgage, or by reason of default in the performance of the terms of the said note and of the within mortgaqe, the Mortgagee having covenanted and agreed with the Mortgagor that the enforcement of the rights of the Mortgagee under the said note and under the said mortgage is limited to the security of the real property, which is encumbered by this mortgage. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as prohibiting the Mort- ~ gagee from having any and all remedies which the law and this mort- qage, and the note it secures, permit, so long as any such remedy does not include or extend to the seeking or obtaining of personal liability against the Mortgagor. -5- a~~~.s9 PAGt1U33 -
