8. The Mortqagee covenants ar~d agrees with the Mortqaqor that
the Mortqagor may procure the rezoning, from time to time, of any
of the property oriqinally encumbered hereby for such use as the ;
Mortqagor desires; and the Mortqaqee will join with the Mortqaqor
in the execution of such applications and instruments for the re-
zoninq of the property as the yoverruaental agency having jurisdic-
tion thereof may require. Any expense involved in the rezoning of ~
the property will be paid for by the Mortgaqor.
9. The Mortgagee covenants and aqrees with the Mortgagor that
the Mortgagor may plat or replat any or all of the property encum-

bered hereby; and the Mortqagee will join in iie execution or dedica-
tion of any plats or replats which may be tendered for the approval
by the proper governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the
approval of plats, but the joinder will acknowledge that the lien of .
this mortgaqe is subordinate and subject only to the streets, allei•s
and roadways shown on said plat or plats. The joinder by the Mort- ~
gagee in any plats will not be deemed or construed as rendering the
Mortgagee liable for the paving of any streets shown on the plat or
plats, or the performance_of any work required under said plats. ;

10. This mortgage is made, given and accepted with the under- ;

, standing that the Mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, shall have ~

the right to release portions of the property encumbered hereby, re-

gardless of whether the mortgage, or the note secured hereby, is in ~

default at the time of the payment of the release pricep and in con-
nection with the giving of said releases the parties hereto understand
and agree as follows:
(A) If the land encumbered hereby has not been platted ~
by the Mortgagor, then the land sought to be released
shall be contiguous to lands theretofo~e released. If
lots contained in a plat prepared by the Mortgagor are
~ sought to be released, the same need not be contiguous
to lots theretofore release~.
(B) The am~unts to be paid for the releases shall be
computed in the following manner:
