and all city improvement liens which may be now or in the
tuture levied against the above-described property and
SECOND PARTY further covenants and agrees to connect the
septic tank to sewer lines when city sewer job is completed.
It being specifically agreed by SECOND PARTY that she will
pay, beginning with the first installment due on principai . ~

and interest an additional sum equal to approximately one-
twelfth (1/12th) of the total insurance premium on the home ~
on the above-described property and the annual real estate ~
taxes monthly to FIRST PARTIES, which sum shall be NINE
DOLLARS ($9.00j per month until FIRST PARTIES notify SECUND
PARTY in writing o€ any increase or decrease therein. 8y
the same token, FIRST PARTIES hereby agree to apply all such f

sums over and above the monthly principal and interest to- ~
ward the payment of the said annual real estate taxes and ~
annual insurance on the home and account to SECOND PARTY

PARTY further agrees to keep the buildings now or hereafter

on said land fully insured in a sum not Iess than the maxi-
mum insurable value, in a company or companies acceptable
to FIRST PARTIES, the policy or policies to be held by and

to pay all costs, charges and expenses, including lawyer's {
