PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MFN BY THESE PRESENTS:
1. WHER.EAS, ROYAL AMER.ICAN iNDUSTRIES. INC., a Delawar~
corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, is the present
owner and holder of certain mortgages and debts secured thereby, as shown
by a certain Assignment of Mortgages dated October 30, 1963, f:om T.
McPartland, Jr., as Trustee of "The Edwin Binney Heirs' Trust" to the
said ROYAL AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, INC., recorded in Official Record
Sook ?4, Page 204, Public Records of St. Iucie County, Florida;
2. WHEREAS, said mortgages and debts secured thereby are
identified and more fully described in a certain Mortgage Extension and
Assumption Agreement, hereinafter called "the Binney Mortgages, " dated
February 1, 1957, recorded in Mortgage Book 134, Pages 19? et seq.,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
3. AND WHEREAS, CLINT DAVIS COMPANY, a Florida corporation, ~

has purchased a portion of the mortgaged premises and requested the said ~

ROYAL AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, INC., to release the premises herein- ~
after described from the lien and operation of said mortgages; ~
NOW~ THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said ROYAL AMERICAN ~

~ INDUSTRIES, INC., as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum ~

of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it ~

paid by the said CLINT DAVIS COMPANY at the time of the execution ~
hereof, the recei t whereof is hereb acknowled ed does remis r 1 ~

quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of those ~
mortgages known as the B inney Mortgages and more fully described in
Paragraph 2 hereof, unto the said CLINT DAVIS COMPANY, its successors ~
and assigns, those tracts or parcels of land being a part of the premises ~

conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit: ~
