Public Records, run thence North 89 deg, - 49 min. - 30 sec, West, -
along the north line of said Rinker land, 219. feet, to an iron pipe
on the northeriy right-of-way lirie of Florida East Coast Railway " ,
Company Spur Track No. 92, as the same is described in right-of-way
deed frnm Fort Pi~rce Financing and Construction Company to Florida
East Coast Railway Company, recorded in Deed Book 162, Page 130,
St. Lueie County, Florida, Public Records; thence along the northerly
right-of-way line of said Tract No. 92, from a chord bearing Nor!h
25 deg.-45 min.-2? sec. West, run on a circular curve concave to the
northeast, of radius 506, 67 feet, through a• central angle of I8 deg. - 33
min. - 56 sec. , an arc distance of 164.17 fee~, to an iron pipe at the
intersection with the easterly right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast
Railway Company main tracks„ said point being 55 feet easterly from
the centerline of Railroad right-of-way, as measured at right angles
thereto; thence North 8 deg. - 23 min. West, along the easterly right-
of-way line of Florida East Coast Railway Company, 35.05 feet, to
an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. - 41 min, West, 5. 06 feet, to a -
railroad rail monumerrt, said point being 50 feet easterly from the ~
centerline of F2orida East Coast Railway Company right-of-way, as
measured at right angles thereto; thence North 8 deg. - 23 min. West,
along the easterly right-of-way line of Florida East Coast Railway
