Together with al~ buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereaher erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singte units or cen-
trally controlled, used to suppiy heat, gas, air condifioning, water, light, power, refrigerafiion, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is asssomary or appropriate, including sveens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
mverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all ot which are intended_~p be and are hereby
decl~red to be a part of said reai estate wheiher physicalty attached thereto Qr not); and also together with
- all easements and the rents, issues and profiis of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigne~, trans-
ferred and~ set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or her~after to become due as p~ovided in the
Supplemerital Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of ali mart-
gagees, li~holders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
