THIS IS A PURCHASg !lOITSY MORTGAGE. .
The Mcrtqagora covenant and agree to cultivate, fertilize, prune,
spray and otherwise keep, care for, improve and mairitain the citrus
grove now located on the above deecribed land in as good state of
cultivation and fertilizat3,on as cuatomarily provided by ownera of
citrua grovea in St. Lucie County, Florida.
If in any year during the term of thie lrl~ortgage.~ fifty (5096) per cen
i or m~re of the citrus fruit crop qrowing on the above deacribed
~ property is loat as the result of freeze, hurricane, storm, or any
• other "Act of God", then in that event, at the option of I~ortgagors, z
only accrued intereat will be due aad payable that year; the term ~
of the Mortgage being e~ctended one additional year to allow for the ;
payment of pzincipal. In the event of the occurrence of such an
"Act of God", which wculd allow Mortgagors the option of paying only
accrued interest, I~i~rtgagors, prior to October 1 of the year in
question, will notify the Mortgagee in writing of their election to
pay only accrued interest for the year in question.
