WH~REAS, the third description contained in Resolution No.
67-88 adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on November 7,
1967 is incorrect since the land beinq rezoned is in Section 32
and not Section 12.
NOW, THEREFORS, B$ IT RRS~,VED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of St. Lucie County in iaeeting assembled this 28th day
of November, 1967 that the third description in Resolution No.
67-SS be and the same is hereby amended to read as f~llows, to-wit:
That part of the S~ of the SS~ af Section 32,
Township 34 South, Range 40 Sast, lying South .
of Juanita Avenue as Described in Official
Record Book 139, Page 54, St. Lucie County,
Florida; LESS and EXCEPTING TI~REFROM the
East 50 feet and a parcel along the South
side as deeded to the Central and South
Florida Flood Control District and recorded
in Deed Book 259, Page 166, St. Lucie County
Records, and less the North 250 feet of the
East 500 feet and the East 170 feet of the
South 400 feet of the North 650 feet, St.
_ Lucie County, Florida.
