above styled action by the above named Plaintiffs against

St. Lucie County, Florida:
Commencing at the NE corner of the land conveyed
to W. M. Merwin on the West bank of Indian River
in Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 41 East; ~
thence running West along the North line of said
Merwin land to the Savanna, thence North along
the east boundary of said Savanna to the South
line of land conveyed to N. Saunders and now
owned by John Miller; thence East along said
Miller's South line to Indian River; thence
~ Southerly meandering the water~s edge to the
~ river to the point of beginning, containing 10~
acres, more or less, together with Riparian Rights.
Excepting, however, the tract of land now owned by
the grantee herein of 50 x 100 feet, and also
excepting rights-of_way for Florida East Coast
Railway and public roads.
