4. As to any existinq roads utilized by Grantee during the period of its
operations, Grantee shall~keep and maintain such rights-of-way, roads,
bridges and culverts at'its own cost and expense but shall not be re-
sponsible for any injury or damage to any such improvements caused by
the use thereof by Grantor or other persons.
