For value received, 1, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defalcation, to the order of

the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at orxe.
Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shall not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, rwr acceptance by the holder
hereof aNer any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
Each maker, s=~rety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notice of protest for non-payment, and furih~r agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
or afier maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of mllection, including a reasonable attor-
~ ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof.
