In consideration of the conveyance of said right of way, the
party of the second part agrees to do the following at no cost
to the parties of the first part~s
1. Set cabbage trees approximately 100' apart down tne entire
length of property on I?icNeil Road.
2. Set cabbage trees as soon as property is conveyed to County.
3. Set barrier at intersection of Okeechobee Road_to prevent
cars from cutting across property corner.
4. Cutoff shed square with building and enclose end and back
of shed.
5. Install one (1) overhead garage door on shed.
THIS DEED is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its successors, legal repre- ~
sentatives and assigns, a right-0f-way for public highway and drainage purposes; and The said partiesof the first part
do hereby fully warrant the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawfu) claims of all persons }
whomscever.
