OPTION TO PURCHAS$

THIS AGREEMENT, made this~_day of December, 1967,
between HANDSI,MAN ENTSRPRIS~S, INC., a Delaware corporatior~,
hereinafter called the "Optionor", and ST. LUCI$ COiS~iTY, a ~

political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter
called the "Optionee", witnesseth;
In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other val-
uable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, said Optionor hereby agrees to sell to said Optionee ~

or its assigns at any time on or before the 31st day of Decem-
ber, 1968, the following described real property in St. Lucie '

County, Florida: ~
That part of the North 205 feet of the
South 416.4 feet of Government I,ot 5
of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, lying East of State Road A-1-A
for the sum of SIX THOUSAND AND SIXTY-SEVSN D~,LARS ($6,067.00) ~

to be paid in cash at the time of closing. '
Zf said option is exercised within said period, the Op-
tionor agrees to furnish said Optionee an abstract of title
showing its title to be good and marketable and to execute and
deliver to the Optionee or its assigns a good and sufficient
r
warYanty deed conveying said property free and clear of all
taxes, liens or encumbrances. Said deed shall contain a pro- ~
~ision that said lands shall be used for public purposes only
and if they are not, the title thereto shali revert to the
Optionor upon its refunding the purchase price above stated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Optionor has caused this option ~
