GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ,,~,,,~day of Dece:nber, 1967,
between EVELYN WILEY, as Guardian of ALFRED WILEY and EVELYN
WILEY, his wife, parties of the first part and NORRIS J.
COOPER and GLADYS I. COOPER, his wife, parties of the second
part, whose post office address is:
2307 Atlantic Beach Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida.

WITNESSETN; Said party of the first part EVELYN WILEY
on the 20th day of November, 1967, by petition applied ~o the f

County Judge in and for Martin County, Florida, for authority ~

to sell certain real estate in St. Lucie County, hereinafter :

t described, averring it is necessary and expedient to sell the
- same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the
prayer in said petition having appeared to and found by said
