date prior to 194? continuously through the remainder of t~e life of said

Charles Singletary, This affiant further says that he knows Charles
Singletary to have married Mabel Noble during ihe month of April , 1948
as is evidenced by a record of such marriage on file in the o.ffice of the
County Judge of St, Lucie County, Florida, and that after the death of
Mabel Noble Singletary which occurred December 26, 1948, the said
Charles Singletary remained a widower for the balance of his Iife; that no
children were born of the marriage between the said Mabel Noble and _
Charles Singletary; that the Charley Singletary who appears as the grantor
in a deed of conveyance of the above describe d real property to Riverside
Company dated June 8, 1949 is one and the same person as the Charles
Singletary who is otherwise referred to in this affidavit; and that on the
Deed -
date of the execution and delivery of such deed which is of record in~~~.
Book 1 9, page 1~~7 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
the said Charles Singletary (or Charley Singlet ) was a widower.
