- SUBORDINATION OF ENCUMBRANCE TO PROPERTY
~ RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIfi COUNTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county~road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and/or ditch is subject to mortgage
-held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described.
NOW, TI~REFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera~ion of
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby ackno~ledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:

The West 8 feet of the North one-half of Lot 20
in PINS VISTA SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 58
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
