PROVIDED, AI~WAYS, NSVERTHELSSS, and it is expressly understood
and agreed that this instrument subordinates said encumbran~e insofar
as same affects the rights and privileges of St. Lucie County in its
use of ~he land specifically aba~~e described, for road'and/or drain-
age purposes only, and that nothing herein contained shall in any
way affect, alter, impair, minimize or dimish the effect of said en-
cur~raii~;e or zhe remedies at law or in equity for recovering there-
out, or against the parties charged thereby, the full amount of all
sunis secured by and/or due under the same. It is furtYaer understood
and agreed that in the event said above described premises are offi-
cially abandoned by the County and cease to be used for road and/or ~
drainage construction and maintenance purposes that in such event !
the subordination of said encurabrance shall terminate in and to such ;
portion abandoned and no longer used as aforesaid, and the encumbrance t
become of the same status with reference to such abandoned portion as
if the subordination had never been made.
