LUCI$ COUNTY, a polit- ical subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "Optionee", witnesseth; ~ In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other val- uable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl- edged, said Optionor hereby a~rees to sell to said Optionee or its assigns at any time on or before the 31st day of Dzcem- ber, 1968, the following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: Begin at the Southeast co=ner of Government Lot 4 of Section 1, Township 35 South, Range ~ 40 $ast, thence run North 100 feet, thence Southwesterly to the Northwest corner of Government Lot 5 of said Section, thence East to the P.O.B., EXCEPTING that part West of State Road A-1-A. AND i That part of Government Lot 5 of Section 1, ~ Township 3~ South, Range 40 East lying East of ~tate Road A-1-A less the South 416.4 feet thereof ~ for the sum of ~IENTY-i~'IVS THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGSTY-ONS ~ DOLLARS ($25,881.00) to be paid in cash at the time of closing. s If said option is exercised within said period, t.he Optionor agrees to furnish said Optianee an abstract of title showing its title to be good arid marketable and to execute and deliver to the Optionee or its assigns a good and sufficient warranty deed conveying said property free and clear of all taxea, liens or encwabrances.
