in and to the above des~ribed real prnperty to the lien and operation of
the foL'~wing described mortgages executed by Freedom YachtCompany, ~
namely, - ~
First mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan ~
Association of Fort Pierce, dated October Z0, 1967, ~
filed November 7, 1967, in O. R. Book 168, page 21
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
securing an indebtedness of ~22, 000. 00,

Second mortgage to Richard K. Davis, dated October
16, 1967, filed November 24, 1967 in O. R. Book ~
169, at page 719 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing an indebtedness of $4, 000.00
in the same manner and effect as if, so far as the lien and operation of
said mortgages are concerned, the hereinbefore described reversionary
interest had come into being on a date subsequent to the effective record
date of said mortgage liens.
Except as herein and hereby subordinated, all other terms and
conditions af said reversionary clause shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority
has caused this subordinatiori agreement to be executed in its name, and
its official seal to be affu~ed hereto by its proper officers on this the
8th day of Deceiaber , 1967.
