Florida, records ~ BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared RALPH B~ WILSON who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that he has been a practicing attorney in St. Lucie County, Florida, for years last past, and he has held the office of County Attorney since /9S3 ; that as counsel for the County, this affiant has also served as counsel over #ie same period of time for Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority, and the special taxing ~ districts to which it is the successor. With particular reference to a deed in the chain of title to the above described real property executed by St. Lucie County to Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority dated October 10, 1962, recorded in O. R. Book 48, page 99, of the public records of St. Lucie County, _ s Florida, whereby the conveyance of title appeared to ha~ e been made " ~ subject to outstanding leases, and to the terms and conditions of several agreements in such deed more particularly identified by re- ference, this affiant says that neither of the only two leases in effect ~ at the time of the delivery of said deed comprehended any portion of ' the first above described land; and further that the agreements re- ferred to in such deed and identified as numbers "1" and "2", being resolutions adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of St. 1 Lucie County on December 9, 1941, and November 3, 1942, re- spectively were not then, and are not now of any legal force and effect, `s. , i e~ ~~9 F~.151~. !
