agreement of the United States of America and St. Lucie County dated

July 22, 194? duly terminated, the said terminatian being of record in
Deed Book 136, at page 522 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Affiant further says ttiat the agreement in said deed identified as
number "3", being a Grant Agreement, Contract No. C2ca-6112-A
is fully performed and executed with the sole exception that there re-
mains a continuing obligation on St. Lucie County to properly zone the
approach areas for the airport facility that is in close proximity to
subject real proper#y; that this affiant is of the opinion that the intended
use of the above described real property by Fr~edom Yacht Company,
the present owner thereof, in no manner conflicts with the Compre-
~ he~sive Zuning Resolution , and amendments thereto, heretofore
adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of St. I~ucie County,
