dated February 28. 1959. by and between North Beach Water Company,
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a
Floricla corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 249, Page 596, and ;
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised ;

Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497~ of the offic ~al ~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perf orm other things in con- ;
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove 8each under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County. Florida, is described as f ollows:
