PERMANENT EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATIOAT OF FIVE HLJNDRED and no/100
DOLLARS 500. 00 and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, INA I.,. FORD, ,1 joined
by her husband, ~A~ E. FORD, , Grantor, doea hereby grant,
bargain, sell, convey aad release unto the FORT PIERCE FARMS DRAIl~TAGE
DISTRIC~, Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement in,
over and upon the following described land situate in the County of S`t. Lucie,
State of Florida, to-wit:
BEING a parcel of land ~ying in tbe SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section
3~, Township 34 South, Range 40 East; the boundary of which is
more particularly described as foll~ows:
Beginning at the SW cornes of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Section
33, run East along the 1/4 Section line 212. 40 feet to a poi.nt where
the North line of the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District Canal
No. 1 right of way intersects said 1/4 Section line; theace rua
Northwesterly on a line forming an angleof 30° 36~ 30" as measur-
ed-fro~n West to North with the 1/4 section Iine a distance of

for the purpose of: construction, necessary to improve the channel of the
present existing canal located on or adjacent to the above described land, ~
such construction to include widening, deepening, realigning, or straightening,
soil placement and soil dispc~ition and the installation of aay applicable
gradient and/or water control structure; for or in connection with the oper-
ation, maintenance and inspection of such canal and any applicable gradient ~
aad/or water coatrol structure; and for the flowage of aay waters in, over,
