claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following

The bearings used in the aforesaid description refer to the
standard plane rectangular coordinate system for the east
zone of Florida. Said parcel contains 0.548 acres more or
less.
Grantor reserves its right of access across any of the above
described property necessary for it to reach the water's edge
